Paul Russell Dawson, 38, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, in Cleveland, OH after a 15-year battle with Congestive Heart Failure. He was born on December 20, 1985, in Madison, OH, to parents Ronald and Karen "Sue" Dawson. Paul's enjoyed drawing, writing poems, listening to a wide variety of music, and spending time with his family. He was very kind and had a big heart, he was always making everyone laugh and was always willing to help anyone in need. Paul is survived by his wife, Jessica Dawson; children, Blayze Dawson, and Jalaysa Dawson; nieces and nephews, Alisha (Zach), Haley (Bobby), Marianna (Derek), Wade (Ashley), Josh, Isaiah (Jenna), Zack (Katie), Tyler (Charity), Kylie, Aradesa, Nathan, Zoey, Brently, Landon, and Israel; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. Also surviving are his siblings, Bonnie Maehler, Veronica (Shane) Buckley, Savannah Luce, Andrew (Sheila) Dawson, and Richard Steele. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Dawson Sr. and Karen "Sue" Dawson; brothers, Joshua Dawson, and Ronald Dawson II. A celebration of his life will be held at 2pm on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 2718 North Ridge Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004.
