Penelope S. Miller

Penelope “Penny” Miller, age 86, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2026.

She was born in Ohio on March 29, 1940, the daughter of the late Charles and Dorothea Grant.

Penny worked for 20 years at The Smith & Oby Company and then retired to Florida where she lived for 20 years. She loved to bowl, volunteered at Meals on Wheels, and loved her dog, Babe, so much.

She is survived by her children, Rhonda Kokal (Kirk), John Kautzman (Jacque), and Dolly Renee Kautzman; grandchildren, Kelly Kokal, Trevor Kokal (Mandy), Cassie Kautzman, Denise Cardona (Benny), and Benjamin Kautzman; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

There will not be a funeral per Penny’s wishes. The family will hold a private ceremony in Florida where they will spread her ashes along with her husband, Dennis.

The family would like to thank Ohio Living Hospice for taking such great care of her for the last 7 months of her life.

Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
