Penny Lynn Robbins

Penny Lynn Robbins, 82, currently of Windham, Ohio and former longtime resident

of Willoughby, Ohio, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Willoughby

Post Acute.

She was born on October 15, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Kenneth and

Kathleen (Mahoney) Brunner. On October 30, 1965, she married Jimmy Robbins

who preceded her in death.

Penny was a Christian woman who spent her whole life as a fulltime homemaker.

She had a great love for animals, especially cats, and was also proud of her award-

winning show horse.

She is survived by her children, Kathleen McDavid (Mark) of Gate City, VA, Kenneth

Robbins of Catawba, SC and Keith Robbins (Katie) of Columbus, OH; grandchildren,

Vanessa Dingus, Victoria Freeman, KJ Robbins, Valene Roberts, John Robbins, Lily

Robbins, Boo McDavid (Hannah), Logan Robbins and Veronica McConnell (Riley);

great-grandchildren, Aden Dishner, Caleb Dingus, Kyleigh Freeman, Karleigh

Freeman, Remi Freeman, Carver Roberts, Rosella Roberts, Lunah Roberts and

Winchester McConnell; siblings, Mary Jean Armstrong (Gary), Mary Jane Reigl, Denise

Brunner, Scott Brunner and Clifford Brunner.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Penny was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Robbins; parents, Kenneth

and Kathleen (Mahoney) Brunner; daughter-in-law, Theresa Robbins; siblings,

Claudia Wilson (Bob) and Kenneth (Corky) Brunner II.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Virginia.

Contributions can be made in Penny’s memory to your local animal shelter.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt “Thank You” to everyone at Willoughby

Post Acute on Courtside that helped Penny, especially Courtney, Annia and Suzie.

A Special Mention for Penny’s niece Heather Jeffers, Aunt Lynn, her best friend
