Rachael L. Jackson, 41, of Ashtabula, Ohio (formerly of Cleveland, Ohio) passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022 at UH Geneva Medical Center.
She was born October 5, 1981 in Cleveland, Ohio to Peter O. and Patricia A. Jackson, Sr.
Rachel is survived by her parents, Peter O. and Patricia A. Jackson, Sr; father, Norbert Kelsey; siblings, Tracy M. Jackson, and Nicholas (Crystal) Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Clifton Jackson; maternal grandparents, Wiley and Sally Tubbs, Sr.; uncles, Wiley Tubbs, Jr. and Sylvester James.
A Going Home Service will be held 11:00am on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Good Shepherd Ministries, 1573 East 214th Street, Euclid, Ohio 44117. Visitation will be held from 10:30am until the time of service. Pastor Dave Chambers and Pastor Peter Jackson will conduct the service.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
