Rebecca "Becky" Marshall

Rebecca “Becky” Marshall, 60, of Conneaut, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026, at her daughter’s home in Conneaut, after a 3 year battle with cancer.

Born on June 7, 1966, at Meadville Hospital, Becky was the daughter of Grant and Donna Marshall. She graduated from Northwestern High School and continued her education at Erie Business Center, earning an accounting degree. Her and Michael Fehr were married in 1991, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Becky devoted much of her life to serving her community. She also had a love for accounting. Her most favorable job was at the Albion borough where she served as Secretary/Treasurer from 2000 to 2016. She continued to work in accounting until 2024. . She later worked at Pleasant Ridge Manor in accounts payable and at Wabtec in payroll from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2024, she worked at Lecom as an Accounts Payable Manager.

Beyond her career, Becky was passionate about her community and politics. She was actively involved with the Albion Council until 2023, when her illness made it difficult for her to continue. She was also a member of the Albion Moose Club. Becky’s Christian faith was an important part of her life.

Above all else, Becky cherished her family. She loved her children more than life itself and fought incredibly hard to remain with them. She will be remembered as one of the sweetest people anyone could ever meet—loving, courageous, compassionate, and always devoted to the people she cared about.

Becky is survived by her ex-husband, Michael Fehr; her daughter, Devon Stein and her husband Tyler Stein; her son, Jacob Fehr; her grandchildren, Wyatt Fehr, Wren Stein and unborn granddaughter due in November, Grace. She is also survived by her father, Grant O. Marshall; and her brother, Pat A. Marshall, along with other relatives and dear friends.

Her ashes will be scattered at her childhood home alongside her mother, with her remaining ashes lovingly kept in the care of her family.

A private gathering celebrating Rebecca’s life will be held at her daughter’s home. The date and time will be announced by the family. In keeping with Rebecca’s wishes, the family asks that those who knew her remember her through the love, laughter, and memories they shared with her.

The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all of Becky’s friends and family who stayed by her side and supported her throughout her illness.
