Renee Anne Wallace, nee Unger, age 64, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Renee was a lifelong resident of Perry, Ohio. She graduated from Perry High School in 1979 and also attended Lakeland Community College.

She was the co-owner of Rosemary's Pizzeria in Geneva, Ohio and was recognized several times by the State of Ohio and locally. Most recently, Renee and Rosemary's were honored as Business of the Year in 2021 by the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce. Always ready to contribute, Renee made sure Rosemary's provided for local community events, the Senior Center, and Safety Forces.

In addition to her dedication to Rosemary's, Renee was devoted to her family and loved ones. She was also a dog mom to her cherished Shelties and enjoyed working on her fairy garden, reading, and collecting owls.

Renee was preceded in death by her father, Frank Unger Jr.

Renee is survived by her mother, Audrey Unger; sons, Ryan (Julianne) Wallace, Aaron Wallace, Ethan (Jenna) Wallace; brothers, Kurt (Carol) Unger, Erik (Jenny) Unger; grandchildren, Mason, Everly, and Gavin Wallace; loving partner, Richard Phinney, his family, and many other relatives.

Celebration of life will take place Friday, June 28, 2024 at Lake Erie Cremation & Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Rd, Geneva, OH 44041.
