Richard Brown

Richard Brown, age 76, of Eastlake, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland. Richard was born on September 3, 1949, in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Collinwood High School. Richard then went on to marry Linda Louise Austin on October 17, 1970 and together they spent 55 years raising their family and enjoying life. In his younger years, Richard enjoyed playing basketball and was a lifelong fan of all Cleveland sports teams. Richard was also a proud and active member of the Christian faith. He is survived by living children, Marcy Artuso, Jeff Brown (Maggie Miller), and Ryan (Jessica) Brown. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Laura and Niko Artuso, Matthew Brown, Kaitlynn, Emma, and Kyle Miller, and Tristan Teaque. He was preceded in death by his mother, Odla Ollie.
