Richard "Rick" "Grandpa Mo" James Moore, age 65, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023, at his home. Rick was born February 10th, 1958, in Ruislip, England, to parents, Robert and Susan (Cox) Moore. He graduated from Geneva High School and then went on to marry Linda (Niehus) Moore in 1985, and together they started their family and spent over twenty years together. Rick was an Auto Mechanic and loved working on cars, his truck, and John Deere Tractors. He also loved hunting, helping his family and friends, anything, and everything John Deere, and his Ford trucks. Rick is survived by his ex-wife, Linda Niehus, and his daughters, Sarah Moore (Jeffery Cover) and Melissa (Moore) Allman (Robert Allman), and his beloved grandchildren, Mackenzie Warner, Gabrielle Stochla, Jordana Stochla, Robert Allman, Dominic Allman, and Zyleigh and Zayne Cover. Rick is also survived by his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Moore, Ronald "Ron" Moore, and Debbie Moore. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Susan Moore, grandparents, Ernie and Helen Moore, and Percival and Grace Cox, and by his sister, Elaine Moore. Rick's daughters Melissa and Sarah will be planning a Celebration of Life for a future date.
