Richard "Rick" Mitchell, age 62, of Mentor, passed away Friday, August 12, 2022, at the David Simpson Hospice House in Euclid, OH. Born December 24th, 1959, in Cleveland, OH., to parents Betty Ann (Baden) Mitchell and Robert Philip Mitchell. On May 26th, 2001, Rick married his love (the late) Sharon (Kosarko) Mitchell in downtown Willoughby, OH. Rick's last career was working for many years with Cleveland Range. In his free time, he enjoyed playing poker, throwing darts, playing the lottery, baseball, basketball and wrestling. Rick is survived by his beloved children; Chelsea Smith, Ricky Mitchell Jr., Melissa Mitchell, Brooke (Boyd) Miller, and Jeromy Smith, and his loving grandchildren; Nicholas Rose, Noah Miller, and Dylan Davis. Rick is also survived by his brother; Dwayne Mitchell. He is preceded in death by his wife; Sharon Mitchell (2022), his parents, and his brother; Moose Mitchell.
