Robert (Bob) Clawson Sr., age 74, of Geneva, Ohio, passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at UH Geauga Medical Center. He was born on January 30, 1950, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, to parents, Harvey Clawson and Mary Ford. Bob worked at Springwood Products as a Forklift Operator until his retirement in 2004. He enjoyed gardening, lawncare, cooking, and canning and freezing vegetables. Bob is survived by his wife, Barbara Clawson; sons, Robert Clawson Jr., Michael (Pattie) Clawson, James (Christine Archey) Clawson; grandchildren, Kristina Johnson, Justin Clawson, Ashley Clawson, Dennis Clawson, David Clawson, Alex Clawson, and Rylie Olinger; great-grandchildren, Zane, Kaiser, Korbin, and Carson; siblings, Donna Oatman, Elaine Hall, Raymond Clawson, and Linda Kimmy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Clawson and Mary Ford (Drake); son, Jerry Lee Clawson; brother, Donald Clawson. A private family service has already taken place. A celebration of Bob's life will take place in the summer of 2025.
