Roberta Elaine Gorby "Bobbie", age 71, of Geneva, OH., passed away at UH Geneva Medical Center, due to complications of Covid on November 5, 2021 with her husband by her side. Bobbie was born October 10th, 1950, in West Virginia to parents; Dollie (Hill) Ryder and Delbert Ryder. Bobbie loved the Lord with all her heart. She was so much fun and so warm and welcoming to everyone she met. Her passion was baking and cooking and she was awesome at it! She fed everyone she met, no one ever went hungry around her! She loved spending time with her family and friends (she loved watching the antics of her great grandson Elijah), watching cooking shows, reading books, watching online bible studies, watching all the birds (and other critters) at her feeders and playing pinochle. Bobbie is survived by her loving husband; Lewis Gorby, her daughter; Katrina (Brian) Glover, her step-son; Kevin (April) Gorby, and her beloved grandchildren; Amber ( Josh) Brown, Derrick Glover, and step-grandchildren Amelia, Tessa, Lila & Jed Gorby and Great grandson Elijah Brown. Bobbie is also survived by her brother; Robert (Elaine) Ryder. She is preceded in death by her Father Delbert Ryder, her mother Dollie Ryder, her loving daughter Stefanie Branek (2021) and her sister; Cindy Massena. Bobbie's family will honor and remember her beautiful life with a private funeral service and graveside burial at Maplewood Cemetery in Geneva.
