Obituary

Life-long Geneva resident, Sharon Pasqualone, age 75, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Hospice House in Cleveland.

Sharon was a graduate of Geneva High School Class of 1966 and attended Kent State University, Ashtabula before embarking on a thirty-year career in bank management. She was a Key Bank Red Jacket award winner for excellence in management. Following her retirement, she became a licensed realtor, tax preparer, and substitute teacher at A-Tech where students affectionately dubbed her "Miss P." She completed her working days at the Geneva License Bureau.

During those years she also sang lead in a rock band named "Traces." One of her favorite venues was the Swiss Chalet at Geneva-on-the-Lake. She was a multi-talented musician and loved singing Bette Midler's great hit, "The Rose."

Survivors include her nephew, Ian Anderson; brother-in-law, Ernie Anderson, and her precious canine companion, Moonshine.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Ernie (Soupy) Pasqualone and Dorothy (Askew) Pasqualone, as well as her beloved sister, Karen Anderson.

As per her request, there will be no services. In her memory, listen to a song that brings you joy.

Her burial will be near her parents in Evergreen Cemetery.

Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio, assisted the family with arrangements.
