Somnuk Khaikeaw, 71, of Eastlake, Ohio passed away at home on Sunday, November 5th, 2023. She was born on March 22nd, 1952, in Bangkok, Thailand. Somnuk was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, great aunt and friend. Somnuk loved to gamble whether it was playing cards with friends or gambling at the casino. Somnuk is survived by nephew, Punsak Watchakorn; great-nephews, Justin Pongtornwatchakorn, Jeremy Pongtornwatchakorn, Jason Pongtornwatchakorn, Simas Pongtornwatchakorn, and Zigmantas Pongtornwatchakorn; great-nieces, Jessica Pongtornwatchakorn, Hailey Eckelberry, Hannah Eckelberry, Holly Eckelberry, Rayna Pongtornwatchakorn and Alea Pongtornwatchakorn. Also surviving is her sister, Sommai Rama, Manuel Rama (Brother-in-Law) and brother Precha Khaikeaw. She was preceded in death by her nephew, Robin J. Eckelberry (January 30th, 1979 – September 1st, 2019) and husband Don Deitz. At this time, no funeral is in place, a celebration of life is to be determined.
