Stephen F. Haskell, 68 of 14 Birch Street passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 5th, 2022 in Austinburg, OH. Born on July 30, 1953, he was the son of the late Fay & Barbara Hand Haskell. He grew up in Friendship, NY and graduated from Friendship Central School. On April 26, 2008 in Bradford he married Christy Adams, who survives. Steve worked as an over the road truck driver for most of his life for many companies including Sargent Transportation, J&R Schugel, & his present employer, J.B. Hunt. He was a member of PA Abate and the Christian Motorcycle Association. He attended Open Arms Church. Steve loved nature & enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, riding his Harley, cooking, & baking. Most of all he loved spending time with his family. Besides his wife Christy, he is survived by one daughter, Christa (Hans Nielsen) Dozier of Coudersport, one granddaughter, Terra Dozier, sister, Martha Mott of Shelby N.C., stepdaughter Erin (Justin Parkes) of Bradford, stepson, Eric (Beth) Saxman of Sykesville, step grandchildren, Connor & Olivia Saxman of Sykesville, & his former son-in-law, Sterling Dozier of Johnstown. He was preceded in death by his former wife, Cindy Predmore, and sister Norma Hilton. Steve will be greatly missed by his family but knowing he is in heaven with his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ brings comfort. There will be no services at this time. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. Memorial contributions if desired can be made to Bright Alternatives, Christian Motorcycle Association, Family Life, or Charity of the donor's choice.
