Sydney "Syd" Lee Jones, 20, of Madison, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024 at the Cleveland Clinic from complications of liver transplant surgery.
She was born April 13, 2004 in Dearborn, Michigan to Tracy Davis and Sean Jones and graduated from the Ohio Connections Academy.
Syd enjoyed fishing, collecting beach glass, doing diamond paintings, and going to car shows. She was young, full of energy, and always ready to go on an adventure whether it be out to eat, a buggy ride, a trip to Nelson Ledges, to grabbing frogs from the pond. She loved doing anything. She will be deeply missed by anybody that knew her. She was taken way too soon from us. Fly high and watch over us all.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Tracy and Kim Davis; father, Sean Jones; brothers, Devon Taylor and Corey Taylor; stepsisters, Misty and Crystal; stepbrother, Korrie; grandmother, Cecelia Jones; boyfriend, Jon Littlefield. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins and had a special place in her heart for Parker and Kaydence and her cats Jinx and Sylvester.
Syd was preceded in death by her grandma, Carol Taylor and great-grandma, Sue Nakavich.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2025 from 1-5pm at The Space on Main event center, 4601 Main Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
