Tallulah Christine Gromofsky was born December 24, 2024, in Cleveland, Ohio to parents, Kayssa Kline and Nicholas Gromofsky, and passed away December 25, 2024 at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. In addition to her parents, she is survived by siblings, Azaria Kinkopf, and twin sister Penelope Gromofsky; grandparents, Debora and Scott Kline, Jamie Alloway, Chris Kordos, Danieall Thomas, Duane Brumitt, and Dennis Kline; great-grandmother, Jan Kline.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 12-2pm at Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio.
