Tami Lee "DeeDee" McPherson, 55, of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at TriPoint Medical Center due to cardiac arrest.
Born on February 20, 1971, in Ashtabula, OH, Tami was the beloved daughter of Leroy Randolph and Sandra (Loyd) Randolph. She spent her life in the Ashtabula area, where she built deep connections with family and friends and was known for her vibrant personality and loving spirit.
Tami married Dennis Michalski on August 8, 1995. She later married John McPherson on July 30, 2022, in Fairport Harbor. Dennis and John, both preceded her in death, along with her mother, Sandra Randolph.
She was previously employed as a manager at Mr. Hero's at the age of 18 and was a member of the Guardians U.S.A. Vets Blue Chapter. Tami had a creative and colorful spirit—she loved having her hair dyed in vibrant colors, collecting carousel horses and fairies, and expressing herself through tattoos.
Tami found her greatest joy in spending time with her family. She cherished her grandchildren and loved creating memories with those closest to her. She enjoyed coloring pictures to share with family and friends, and her favorite color was purple. She also loved the comforting scents of lavender and vanilla.
She is survived by her children: Crystal Ann (Ryan) Mann, Scott Loyd, Tiffany-Lee Randolph, and Dustin Michalski. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Hayden Randolph, Benjamin Haycox, Osiris Elvis, and Phoenix Hermann, all of whom she adored deeply.
Tami is also survived by her father, Leroy Randolph; siblings, Sonja Hunt and Leroy Randolph Jr., as well as many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Along with both husbands and her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Evelyn (Graham) Randolph, and Wayne and Margret (Pettit) Loyd.
A celebration of Tami's life will be held on April 10, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lake Erie Cremation & Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio 44041.
Tami will be remembered as a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend—an amazing woman whose warmth and individuality touched the lives of many.
