Theodore Eugene Hutzell Jr., 71, of Jefferson, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at his home in Jefferson, OH. He was born April 28, 1953, in Geneva, OH., to parents Theodore Hutzell Sr. and Pearl Manda (Stillwagon). Theodore is survived by his son, Christopher (Ashley) Hutzell; daughters, Joclynn (Brian) Matzek, and Jessica (Anthony) Pugliese; grandchildren, Christopher Hutzell Jr., Bianca Hutzell, Isabella Hutzell, Hayley Matzek, Bryce Matzek, Leah Matzek, Kenzie Matzek, and Adolin Pugliese. He was preceded in death by his parents Theodore Hutzell Sr. and Pearl Manda (Stillwagon); and brother, Jon Hutzell. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
