Thomas L Decker, 70, of Titusville PA, passed away Wednesday, Sept 6th, 2023 in the Ashtabula County Medical Center, Ashtabula OH.
Tom was born on June 9th, 1953, a son of the late Myles V. Decker and Betty R. (Thomas) Irwin. He had lived with his life partner of 26 years, Sandra I Decker.
Tom attended and graduated from West Forest High School, Tionesta PA, in 1971. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps, stationed at Camp Elmore, Norfolk Va. for several years.
Tom was known for his cooking at several of the local restaurants, as well as bartending in the Colonel Drake Hotel.
He was a member of both the American Legion and VFW .
Tom is survived by Edward Lamb of Titusville PA, Robert Lamb and wife Amy of Waterloo NY, Steven Lamb of Titusville PA, Tammy Bryan of Pleasantville PA, and Jodi Cole and husband Bill of Columbia SC; and a myriad of grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister, Donna Junkin of Warner Robbins Ga, brothers Wayne Decker of Kennerdell PA, Myles Decker and wife Vivian, of Tionesta PA and their families.
In addition to his parents and life companion Sandra, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Conrad, and an infant daughter, Shelly Ann Decker.
Service will be conducted graveside at 1 PM on October 8th, 2023 at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Titusville PA. There will be a gathering immediately following at the American Legion.
