Thomas "Tom" V. Stowe, age 76, died Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at his home after a lengthy illness.
Born in Geneva, Ohio November 25, 1946, he was the son of Douglas and Anne (Gregus) Stowe. Tom was a member of Jefferson High School Class of 1965 and Rock Creek Alumni Association. After finishing high school, he worked at TRW. He then owned and operated the Sunoco Gas Station in Austinburg, and worked in Carpenter's Local 404. In 1980 Tom and his wife, Sally, owned and operated Eastdale Overhead Door, Inc. until 2000 when the business was sold. Tom then started North Coast Specialty Products until he officially retired in 2020.
Tom was a member and officer of Ashtabula Builders Association, Young Men's Social Club, Buckeye Drifters Snowmobile Club, and Grand River Trail Riders.
Survivors include his wife, Sally (Case) Stowe, whom he married January 19, 1974; son, Sean; 2 granddaughters; brother, Alvin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Douglas; twin brother, Ted.
Per Tom's request, there will be no services.
Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Services, 1500 Harpersfield Road, Geneva, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements.
