Todd Allen Wright, age 52, of Windsor, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Lake West Hospital due to heart failure. He was born August 23, 1972, to parents Nancy Wright and James Suran. Todd married Doris Wright, who was his absolute world, on September 7, 2001, in Chardon, Ohio. He was employed at TRV in Willoughby for over a decade. He was a machine operator, forklift driver and assisted with maintenance. He was known by many as the jack-of-all-trades. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing his guitar, painting, working on cars, yard work, cooking, learning about space and the universe. He had a joy for the outdoors, fishing and camping. Best of all, his favorite time was spent with his wife and family playing poker and different card games. He loved animals and was preceded in death by their family dog, Bear, who he loved dearly. His father, James, was a carpenter, which is likely where he got his skills and tinkering personality. He was very close to his mother, Nancy, and admired her love and care for family. Todd was a builder, an artist and a provider. A loving father, brother and husband who will be greatly missed by all.
Todd is survived by his children, Angelica Wright, Todd Wright Jr., Joseph Wright, Doris Harper and their partners; grandchildren, Alainna, Evalena, Sirus and Ryker; siblings, Christine (Ray) Forthman, Joe (John) Wright and Scott Wright; cousin, Maxine Kapluck. He is preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Doris Wright; mother, Nancy Wright; father, James Suran and mother-in-law, Doris Gallagher.
