Tracy Ann Chapin passed away on August 6, 2024. She was born June 14, 1958 in Cleveland Ohio. Graduated Medina High School, and continued on to treat patients for 41 years as a dental hygienist. Survived by her daughter, Shelby Chapin - Cousin Samantha (Scott) Lambert - Brother Lawrence (Angela) Chapin - niece Chloe Chapin - and Aunt Darlyss McCormick .
A shout out to her Tribe! Don and Karen McLeod, Bethann Waxman, Dr. Mark and Pam McHugh, Dianna Leitch, and Shalla Halverson - and many others who gave a helping hand along the way. She loved fishing, sailboat racing, hunting, camping, flowers, and the great outdoors. A celebration of life will be held at South River Winery, 6062 S. River Road, Geneva, Ohio from 4pm-7pm on June 13, 2025 - Come as you are.
