Victoria Jean Burns, 66, of Jefferson, Ohio passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
She was born February 27, 1958, in Warren, Ohio to Stanley and RoseEllen (Dufur) Mihely. On February 3, 1984, she married Patick Burns and together they shared 40 years of love and marriage.
Victoria worked at The Hangar, The Lantern, as a Postal Worker, and various other jobs. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the casino, playing with grandchildren, and was a social media connoisseur. Bossing people around and persuasiveness came very natural to her, yet, at the same time, she had a great sense of humor, was fun-loving, and was quite a prankster.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Burns; children, Jeremy (Anna) Montgomery and Stephanie Burns; grandsons, Donald and Darryl Lawrason; siblings, Cindy Kemmer, Pam (Rich) Howell, and Steven Mihely.
Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and RoseEllen (Dufur) Mihely; son, Paul Edward Montgomery; grandparents, Ethel May and Russell Dufur.
The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
