Walter Joseph Kessler Jr., 70, of Madison, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Hospice House in Euclid, OH. He was born on October 4, 1954, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to parents Walt J. Kessler Sr. and Audrey Bazilewich, and was married to Elizabeth Kessler (Rosipko). Walter was a proud Navy Veteran, he enjoyed golfing, camping, going dancing, being on the Color Guard, meeting with friends at Legion #112, and spending time on his sister's front porch. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Kessler; children, Nathan Kessler, Kimberly Kessler, Dave (Tammy) Anderson, Alichia (Wayn) Hess, and Chelsey (Luis) Rodriguez; siblings, John Kessler, and Lori (Philip) Doing; as well as 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walt J. Kessler Sr. and Audrey Bazilewich (Kessler); and brother, Greg Kessler. There will be an Honor Guard Ceremony at 1pm on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Legion #112, 6671 Middle Ridge Rd, Madison, OH 44057. A celebration of his life will follow at 5991 Hurlburt Rd, Rome, OH 44085.
