Wally "Fishcutter" Kaczoroski, age 74 of Conneaut, OH., passed away Thursday September 16th, 2021. Born January 30th, 1947 in St. Petersburg, FL. to parents John Joseph Kaczoroski and Mary Adelle Ramajoli-Kaczoroski. Wally graduated from Conneaut High School and shortly after married (the late) JoAnn Kaczoroski. Wally worked for many years as a Brakeman for Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad. As a teenager, Wally worked at Meg's Grow Fishery where he filet'd fish. He enjoyed spending time with long-time friend Jake Polchosky and others at Snug Harbor Bait & Tackle. Wally was an avid Fisherman, he also loved to visit and bet at the horse track and casino with long-time friend Dave Orrenmaa. He was a proud member of The Loyal Order of Moose in Conneaut and the American Legion Cowle Post #151. Wally served as an MP in the US Army during The Battle of Hue in Vietnam, 1969. Wally was Catholic and had a strong sense of faith. He is survived by his loving children; Michelle Kaczoroski of Conneaut, Dustin (Jennifer) Kaczoroski of Florida, and Jason (Kelly) Kaczoroski of Conneaut. He is also survived by his adored grandchildren; Timmy Kaczoroski, Zachary Simon, Karter Kaczoroski, Reed Kaczoroski, Mackenzie Kaczoroski and Hudson Kaczoroski. And by his sister; MaryAnn Kaczoroski (Gunner Michaels).
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife JoAnn, his son Wally Jr. Kaczoroski and his siblings; Loredana Albertone, John Kaczoroski, and Robert Kaczoroski. A Memorial Service and gathering for family and friends is planned for Saturday, October 9th, 2021 from 1pm-5pm at New Leaf Church, 110 Gateway Ave., Conneaut.
