Willie Thomas Glover, 66, of Ashtabula, OH, transitioned on March 30, 2024, after a valiant battle with kidney failure and a short illness. Willie was born to Willie Thomas Glover, Sr., and Eliza Jane (Miles) Glover on September 18, 1957 in Hampton, Virginia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a M.S. in Computer Engineering.

Willie had a long, successful career as a Computer Hardware Design Engineer, having worked in various positions for IBM, NDSP, Enuclia and Pixelworks. His specialty was ASIC design and signal processing.

Willie was an avid outdoorsman who loved hiking and camping, particularly in California and Oregon. He also enjoyed growing his own vegetables and cooking many different cuisines. Willie loved spending many hours gaming with his son Jonathan, and also designed his own games.

Willie was a man whose love for engineering, mathematics and nature was only surpassed by the love for his family. He is survived by his Mother, Eliza Glover of Hampton, VA; his former wife, Lyn Glover with whom he shared a son, Jonathan Glover of Ashtabula; sisters Cynthia Glover, Wanda Glover of Hampton; Brothers Jeffrey Glover and Ron Glover; and numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Willie was predeceased by his Father, Willie Thomas Glover, Sr.; Sister Janice Glover and many dear Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Sadly, Willie's Sister, Tina Glover, also passed away on April 3, 2024.
